Heather Huskey Cochran joined Teddy, Meekins & Talbert, P.L.L.C. in June of 2007 as a member of the criminal practice.  She has worked in the North Carolina Judicial System since 1996.  Heather has worked exclusively with Daniel R. Talbert, assisting with case management of criminal cases in both Cleveland and Rutherford counties. 

Prior to joining our firm, Heather worked for the Cleveland County Clerk of Superior Court for ten years in both Civil and Criminal departments.  She has worked in the practice fields ranging from Child Support, Domestic, Domestic Violence, Civil District, Small Claims, Criminal District, Front Counter Duties and Courtroom Clerk.  Through training and experience, she has knowledge and expertise regarding the Judicial System.  Heather continues to expand her knowledge and experience through research and seminars.
