Brenda H. Cook joined Teddy, Meekins & Talbert, P.L.L.C. in November of 1999, initially as paralegal to Attorney James T. Bowen, in our temporary satellite office, which was located in Lincolnton, NC.  She has approximately thirty years experience in the legal field.  Brenda previously served for ten years as a Cleveland County Deputy Clerk of Superior Court both in the criminal and civil departments.
